Not registered on network

[AC Question]

My phone was working properly resently until it shuts down and after reloading it doesn't bring out network again and lately it started showing some info on the home screen,the info consist of all the phone information but I can't cancel it although it doesn't stop me from usin the phone but I want it cancelled

I'm sorry, I don't understand the problem you're having. If you can take the phone to your carrier or network provider, they may be able to help.
Alternatively, register as a member here - you'll be welcome - and post a screenshot of what you're seeing, or at least a photo of it taken with another phone.
