My Prestigio multipad 4 quantum is stuck at formatting cache mode

it is stuck saying

Formatting /cache

when i press the power button

there is something like a a polygon in the breast part of the android robot with a loading bar at the top of it

Welcome to Android Central! Was the device malfunctioning beforehand, and you tried to wipe the cache partition?

If it's been stuck for a long time, try forcing a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for about 15-20 seconds. After it shuts down, wait a few seconds, then try powering on normally again.

Mine also. When i charge it, it will just return in wiping partition. Cant find any solution now. Please help. Turning it off won't help any better. It won't solve the problem.

It won't help. When i turn back on, it is still wiping the cache partition.

It may be a firmware or hardware defect. Off-brand devices like these are significantly more likely to encounter them. Try contacting the manufacturer for support. https://www.prestigio.com/support/feedback. Is it still under warranty?
