I accidentally installed google talkback on my phone and now I cannot use my phone for anything. No matter what I try. I even called my cell carrier and since I can't even turn my phone off they can't even do a master reset. Since I can't get to my menu screen is, what else can I try?

When you enable TalkBack normal scrolling and tapping don't work but there's a workaround. You need to scroll with two fingers and double tap to navigate through the settings. It can take you some time before you manage to get into the accessibility settings to disable it, but this trick worked for most people with the same problem. Tell us how it goes.
