Video Calling not working or Showing Up - Note 5

Carrier - Verizon
Android Version - 5.1.1

I was just notified of this new feature I had available on my new Note 5. So after finding out that I had Video Calling, I went and enabled it on my phone and it was confirmed on MyVerizon that I had the feature installed. But none on my contacts have a "video" camera in their contact card. I know that they have "Video Calling" enabled, because I saw my contact card on their phone and I had a "Video Camera" on my contact. The other caller is on T-Mobile, so I am not sure if that carrier is better with the video calling. Any suggestions?
