Hi everyone,
The messenger on my LG G3 stopped working today after there was an automatic update done to sprint zone. I have tried the solutions posted on this forum and google, including:
taking the battery out
going to systems>apps>messenger>clear cache, clear messages and force quit
going to contacts and trying to access messenger from there
checking device with sprint zone app, text message test returned with a check mark
All efforts have been unsuccessful in accessing my messages. I even tried downloading google messenger and other messaging apps and can still cant send a text.
Any help would be great, thank you!
