Phone is stuck in setting of talk back. Can not open to turn it off

[AC Question]

Can not make calls. Phone rings but can not answer it. Can not go into settings to turn talk back off. Called customer service. After everything she said company would need to zap phone. Did not hear back from her. If they did zap nothing changed. I can not even turn phone off. Need to remove battery to do so. Can not even pull down from top for menu or switch screens. I can see everything just not able to access them

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? To select things when TalkBack is on, try long-pressing, then double-tapping. So long-press and then double-tap the App Drawer, then swipe through the App Drawer with two fingers until you see the Settings icon, then long-press and then double-tap it. Swipe with two fingers to Accessibility, long-press and then double-tap it, and then turn off TalkBack.
