Droid dna hboot not working

[AC Question]

My phone keeps going to the white htc screen then a navy blue screen then shuts off and repeats. Ive tried everything in the HBOOT screen and no avail. idk what i did but i got the factory reset to work ONCE. But i couldnt update the phone and i unpluged it and it shut off and is now doing the same thing.
