its a blaupunkt tablet, and it just shows up on my screen. i cant do anything exept moving the highlight thing

What's the exact model name or number? Is the tablet rooted? Did you get it used from someone else?

Where are you seeing this? Is it on the homescreen, or does this show up during the boot process?

It looks like Exdroid is the name of the firmware that is used for some no-name devices direct from China. The Blaupunkt tablet might be the same hardware, with only the logo plastered on.
