ever since I updated my phone (yesterday) my Galaxy S3 refuses to shut off the screen no matter how many times I click it. I know it still works because I can shut it down when I hold on the power button but it gets very frustrating to know this is my only solution on saving my battery life throughout the day. I even downloaded an app that turns off my screen with a button but it instantly lights back up. On top of that Knox is saying that "Unauthorised actions have been detected" even though all I did was install one measly update. Knox constantly makes me restart the phone but it never works. How do I get my phone to stop forcing itself back on?
