I am trying to recover videos I accidentally deleted on holiday.
I have an S5 (SM-G901F) running Kitkat 4.4.4.
I rooted the phone and was using Dr.Fone for Android to recover the videos. Everything seemed to be going well, it found the videos but was still searching other files so I left it to run overnight plugged into my PC.
In the morning I checked and the PC had restarted from a windows update and all my progress was gone. I tried Dr. Fone again and this time it was not allowing access to my phone. It keep saying I have to allow SuperSU to grant access to an app called MobileGo but there is no prompt for me to add this app to the access list and it won't continue scanning without it.
I am a phone newbie so I am amazed I have got this far.
How do I get this running again or is there any other software that you guys and girls trust whch will do the job?
