Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Emergency calls only, back up password forgotten

[AC Question]

Emergency calls only. Doesn't let me swipe my fingerprint as usually this is the way I access my phone. i don't know my backup password either. It allows me to make a 4 digits emergency call only. I tried to reset the phone many times, removing battery, sim, SD card, airplane mode on, off , charged it. Nothing. It's first time in 1 year when this it is happening to me. I do have network. I probably swiped my finger too many times or my friends did so and don't know my back up password help please...
