Note 4 powering off. Possible battery issue??

Hey guys. Well it seems my phone powers off if I unplug it from charging. At the same time however, the battery is fully charged. There were at times the battery did feel how but according to several posts, that's normal. Could it be the battery or possibly some component? I mean I've dropped it before but there's no cosmetic damage.

Welcome to the forums.

The battery getting hot while charging, if that's what you mean, is not a good sign. It may be worth replacing it, or at least having it tested.
