Ordered a 16 GB Moto x pure Internals say 9.5 GB?!

So I Ordered a moto x pure 16 GB. I installed my micro SD as well from my old phone after using it for a couple of day I started to move all the apps from the internals to the SD and noticed that the total internal phone storage said 9.5 GB. Does any body else have this problem?

This is usual- The rest of the space is taken up by the Android OS which, obviously, you can't delete.

I got my 8 GB Moto G. Had only 4.53 GB free

And remember, only a small portion of some apps can be moved to the SD card. Better if you keep all your apps in the internal storage and use the card for your media files and such.
