How can I reinstall Android ALPS.KK1.MP1.V2.16 on Alcatel Pixi 7, after stupid accident?

It is a 3G 7" Tablet called I216X. When it starts Andy is lying down with red triangle, and I have 9 options to chose from. I tried "wipe data/factory reset" without success. Unfortunately I don't have a backup. I could "apply update from sc card" can I download Android 4.4.2 which was on the phablet? I was reading about Zip files, but where can I get those? I would be happy with any operating system, it does not have to be the latest one. I can follow steps and advice but don't know the programming language of you smart guys (ladies included). Thank you for any help or advise.
