LG PC Suite and LG Mobile Support Tool won't download Android Lollipop update on my LG G2

I've been trying since yesterday and I still can't download it.

LG PC Suite tells me to disconnect then reconnect my USB connection, while the mobile support tool suddenly stops at around 15-22%. I'm getting kinda frustrated.

Is there a way to fix this and get the update?
