S4 Mini wont turn on

[AC Question]

So I was on my camera, even though I knew it always freezes/crashes whilst trying to close it. The camera crashed, and my s4 mini refused to turn off (which is unusual), so I took the battery out. It now wont turn on, and I replaced the battery today and it still won't turn on. Its been like this for 3 days and I need it to work asap. Any suggestions? Also it refuses to charge and the computer won't recognise it.
