So i locked my galaxy note 4 with a pin lock

it keeps saying my pin is incorrect and I only use the same pin at all times... and it wont let me unlock it.. I have singed on to my manager device to try and reset it but it wont how can I reset my phone with out doing the factory reset?

I would try logging into your Google Account on a PC and then go to Android Device Manager (https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager). From there you can setup a new password and GPS/Locate your device.
