Just a day before I noticed a little white viscous fluid present at an edge of the screen of my new Samsung J2. No case of dropping of phone. Please help.

Welcome to the forums. :)

That may be the adhesive used to bond the components of the display together. Why there should be an excess I don't know. Is it internal or external? Either way, contact Samsung support for advice.

Edit: I now see the photos. It could be separation of the components caused by adhesive failure.
