    I recently changed to a Samsung s5 and since then I've not been able to use mobile data. I can connect to it, but when using apps it says it's not connected. I currently use an asda payg SIM card and the pan networks available are t mobile ims, virgin mobile and T-Mobile.co.uk
    I've tried entering a new app for the asda mobile but that also doesn't work. I never had this issue on my s4 which worked straight away.

    Welcome to Android Central! Which exact model number do you see in Settings>About Phone? We need to make sure the phone is compatible with the carrier's network bands. Which carrier is it? I can't find a carrier called asda.
