Have a Motorola G (2nd Generation 4G) phone; trying to install a system update. It downloads the update and begins to install it, but after a couple of seconds it reboots and says the download was unsuccessful. I suspected the issue was root related, and unrooted my phone using superSU. I used MobileGo to root my phone. Despite unrooting my phone, the error message still comes up. I'm running Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. Thinking about doing a factory reset - would that remove any files preventing the update? Also, if this would, then how would I go about doing this - and recover all my apps.

Sorry for the long question - I really want this update!
