speakers is on

I have tap 4 samsung and for 2 months now my viber is not working well as speakers is on and i can not do anything to put it on off !! any help please

Welcome to Android Central! I'm sorry, can you clarify the main problem? You're trying to turn the speakers off? What does that have to do with Viber? Are your Viber calls coming through over the main speaker, instead of the phone speaker? Which device are you talking about, the Tab 4?
