    Hi,
I m having LG G4 and my husband is having S3. Are both the devices connected to each other? Both are registered with different ids.

No, they are not. Each has its own SIM card and unique cellular network connection. If you both connect to the same WiFi network, for example at home, there are various apps and tools you can use to help the phones "see" each other on the network, which could facilitate file sharing. But unless you make special arrangements, no, each phone is independent of the other.
