How can i get my Go SMS Pro to stop syncing with my old phone?

I recently stopped using GO SMS on my (HTC) One because I was trying to surprise my wife with a party and since she is using my old phone (Samsung Galaxy) she received all the texts I sent off. I made sure that all my apps were cleared before I gave her the phone. She tried the app with her own profile and didn't like it. The only reason I found out about the connection is because my app had her name and picture on it. How can I make sure it doesn't sync anymore?

SMS goes by phone number, so if the number wasn't changed, she's going to get SMSs sent to that number. If it was changed, she shouldn't get any, unless the Google account on the phone was left as yours, not changed to hers, and you have GoSMS synced to your Google account.
