Hi, we need to know more info before we can help - is the alarm going off but no sound or does the alarm not go off at all? are you using the stock alarm clock that came with the phone, have you tried an app called Timely?

Are you on Marshmallow? If so, is your alarm a 3rd-party alarm app? Some 3rd-party alarm apps are not registering properly with Doze and as such will not ring to wake you. See this post
