I've had my s6 since April and it's went downhill for my battery since. I do not use it at all nearly all day, however I feel my phone get very hot in my pocket as well as the battery drains in deep sleep mode. However my battery usage app that's comes on the phone simply isn't tracking it as you can see in the photos-the have lost 25 percent in under 3 hours of almost no use, but the app is only saying I've lost under 10. I also will attach and a cpu spy because some other thread told someone they should. Any suggestions or solutions?

Welcome to Android Central! It'd help to see a few more battery stats. Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

    1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
    2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
    3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
    4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

One thing to look for is poor cell signal, which can cause the phone to get hot as it works overtime to boost the signal. Also, consider turning off NFC and Bluetooth if you don't use them constantly.

Ok, tap the Screen category so we can see the total screen-on time. Also, is there any place you can see what the cell signal strength has been like? On many phones, tapping the battery graph will give you a fullscreen graph with bars on the bottom that include a cell signal strength bar, with green meaning good and red meaning lousy. If your phone doesn't have that, try GSam Battery Monitor.

The screen will usually be the biggest source of battery usage (for obvious reasons), and poor cell signal is a common culprit for abnormal battery drain.

Phone signal looks like it's often relatively poor, so I'd suspect that is at least partially to blame. Notice that the period of time around 10:00 to 11:00, the slope of the battery graph becomes a little less steep, which coincides with the phone signal being a little better. But then the signal becomes bad again, and the slope resumes its steep descent.

Could it be be because I have a tempered glass screen protector on my s6? It's decently thick too

I don't think so. A piece of glass shouldn't interfere with cell reception. Which carrier do you have?

How is reception for other Telus customers where you are? You can also check their coverage map: Coverage map | 4G HSPA & LTE network in Canada | Mobility | TELUS.com. Maps like this often aren't that helpful, though, since there can be little pockets of deadspace that don't show up on a big map, and you might be unlucky enough to be in one of those pockets.
