Caller ID needs some tweaking

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung galaxy s5 ( SM-G900V ) and have been looking through the settings and manual for a way to adjust my caller I'd. When I get a call it pops up with a green bar at the top with the name and number. This is sitting on top of the picture. What I want is to loose the green bar and just have the picture show. Best way I can describe it other than to say to go look at one of the phone calls Oliver gets in s3 of the Arrow series. How can I do this?

Welcome to Android Central! I don't think you can change that, short of rooting the phone and modifying the system (perhaps using Xposed Framework)(sorry, but I don't have any experience with that).
