Setting up gmail account - lost information sync with Android phone

[AC Question]

I've been using my android phone, synced to my google account, since February and until yesterday my google account was associated exclusively with my yahoo email address. My phone is a Motorola Moto E. Yesterday I set up a gmail account to forward all my yahoo emails to.

When I access my google account from a PC I am able to see all of my contacts, bookmarks, calendar events etc. However I now can't access any contacts, google calendar events, google keep notes etc on my phone, despite the fact that I'm still using the same account.

How can I syncronise the contacts etc associated with my yahoo address with my gmail address? (yahoo and gmail email addresses associated with the same google account)

Welcome to Android Central! I would export your Yahoo Contacts to a .csv or .vcf file (https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN22580.html), and then import them into the Google Contacts of your new Google account.
