I switched memory cards and I messed up the folders. please help

I had a Kingston 64 GB micro card and I replaced it with a SY 128 GB - I have a Samsung S5. I replaced all files from the 64 card to the big one BUT I think I just dumped them without allocating the right files to the right folders . now I am wondering how can I fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! It probably depends on what kinds of files you're talking about. Are they photos and other media files? Or data files used by apps?
