    I copy something and it pops up for a second and then gone.

    Welcome to Android Central! The clipboard is a system function, not an app. It is very transient, and only holds the last thing you copied into it. To see what is currently in it, go to any empty text entry field (like a blank note), long-press and tap Paste.
