Galaxy S5 Marshmallow Update Fail

Hi, For about 6 or 7 days now I have been trying to download and install the latest Marshmallow operating system. I have AT&T - Samsung Galaxy S5. It successfully will download the software then reboots and says failed update. This has happened every time so far.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! I believe that's 5.1.1, not Marshmallow. AT&T releases Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for the Galaxy S5 - SamMobile

Try wiping the cache partition, then see if you can update again:

I'm having this problem too. How do you clear the cache partition? Thanks.

Turn off device. press and hold volume up, home, and power. when the phone vibrates let go of power but continue to press and hold volume up keep and the home key. When the home screen appears, release volume up and home key. press volume down to highlight wipe cache partition. press the power key to select and power key again to restart. It didn't work for me unfortunately
