So water got inside C5 Ultra and after a 24 hours doing some drying up I decided to boot it up, there was an instance that the back got really hot and won't turn on, ever since it's stuck on bootloop (Sony logo). I'm also able to access recovery mode and already factory reset it. There's something weird that happens when I blow dry it with hot air, it continues to boot til the "Android is Upgrading" screen and then restarts, also when I try to charge it, the LED indicator turns red and constantly restarts. Maybe the battery is fried, I just haven't had any experiences with water damaged phones.

Welcome to Android Central! Water damage can be unpredictable. It's also usually a bad idea to turn the phone on if it's still wet inside, because that's how things short or get fried. See this guide: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...e-got-wet.html
