Hi everyone!
I am asking for some help from this forum. My gf recently set a new password lock on her Samsun Galaxy Note 3. I swear I was right there and she entered a code: 2424 and confirmed the code 2424 but then when it came to actually trying to unlock the phone 2424 did not work!
We've been locked out with over 1.5 years of photos and work tasks trapped there. I know we were bad without backing-up or saving constantly on Kies.
Now we've tried a few things like Google's Android Device Manager but that seems to make issues worse. I'll be honest I don't think she's set up USB Debugging and other settings because we never knew this issue would arise but I've tried downloading password unlock zip files and booting from recovery and that didn't work.
I am not very good with technology but I've been trying for two weeks now downloading JDK and SDK and ADM which I have no clue what to do with them. Any advice???
