    I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and I had to reset it to its default settings because of a password issue.

    When attempting to sign in to Gmail to "Verify your account" it generates the following message:

    "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device."

    I contact the mobile provider and they told me that I have to wait 72 hours (Seriously?). I also posted this question in Gmail and they told me to post this issue to the Android Forum.

    The reset of the device was done on Thursday, October 29, 2015.

    Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!
