Why does htc sense keep refusing to respond?

I use a htc desire 616 dual sim and lately my phone always shows "htc desire isn't responding. Do you want to close it?" After this happens the phone screen freezes and nothing works again. Also I can't receive calls or use wifi. And most times the phone has problem booting.

Please, how can I solve this?

Welcome to the forums. Can you boot into the bootloader by pressing power and volume down? If you can, go into recovery, and select clear cache. That might get you back up and running again.
