I was at an event last night and out of the blue, while not using it, my ZTE N9100 went to a screen that says the word Android. Now I can't get out of this screen to do anything. I've drained the battery and recharged, taken battery out and placed back in, and rebooted. I hope to avoid a factory reset as it would delete a lot and also not even sure if it would work. The phone doesn't seem lifeless (there's a light design that goes through the word android as it's on the screen) Anyone run into a problem like this and know what the problem might be? Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! That usually means the firmware has become corrupt, or something in the hardware has failed. It can be difficult to recover from this. The first thing to do is probably to try a hardware button factory reset, if possible on that phone.
