I keep getting "JW player goes here" message when I try to access a security footage on my phone. I'm trying to access the security footage from my sons daycare on my phone so I can be able to check on him when I'm on not home but where the video should be playing its a grey square that says "jw player goes here". I installed adobe flash and looked for a JW player app but cant find one. Please help

*note- I have the Samsung Galaxy s3

Welcome to Android Central! What kind of security system are you using? Does it have a dedicated Android app, or are you trying to access it on the web using the mobile browser? Browser-based video might not work, if it relies on Flash (which isn't supported by Android).

Im not sure, I look at it on my laptop and I downloaded flash on my phone but it still gives me the same message. I have to access it on a web browser, there is no app

If it's only on the browser, then the problem is likely that whatever the site uses as a plugin to display video doesn't work on Android browsers.
