Mute button stuck on Samsung Galaxy S4

[AC Question]

Woke up this morning and unable to make or receive calls. The mute button is stuck and won't let me turn it off. I tried plugging in ear buds, cleaning with alcohol, taking the battery out, messed with every setting known to man. Everything else works on the phone, including notification sounds. Just can't call out or receive calls...anything I missed?
