How to fix keyboard

[AC Question]

I rooted my android s5 and deleted the keyboard(because I didn't like it). Then installed Google Keyboard as a replacement. Then a few months later I did a full factory reset. Now when I try to type in my network password I get google voice typing. I can't use this. I'm stuck in the setup wizzard so I can't enable USB debugging and install google keyboard from my computer with ADB. I can't pick a bluetooth keyboard because as I said, I'm stuck in the setup wizzard. What can I do? I have a mac. Please no windows software please(enless it is compatible with wine). If you know a way to escape a kiosk app, that might help.
