Has anyone sent their phones to htc repair and gotten it back?

Hi, my phone was having problems with the charging port and the only way htc could fix it is if they fixed my cracked screen too. I shipped it via UPS on Saturday and I have been reading some reviews online on how people have not gotten back their phones in months. I have been sitting here crying cause I need my phone back ASAP and I don't know if they will give it back. Its only been two days but I am really worried that they won't give it back or they will spoil it even more.
