I have the Alcatel Pop Astro. When someone texts me a photo download I'm unable to download it because it exceeds the size permitted. When I go to settings and try to increase the size allowed I receive a message saying text message size should not be more than 1024KB. Is there a way I can increase the 1024KB?

Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! The max filesize for MMS is usually around 1.2 MB--that's an inherent limitation of MMS. Ask your friend how big the photo is that's being sent.
