Restoring from Samsung Account

[AC Question]

I'm trying to restore info from a Samsung account to my tablet, and I'm not having any luck. The device I'm trying to pull data from is a Note 4. When I go into the restore menu, I can see the phone and the last backup date, but all of the check boxes for restoring info are greyed out. Is it not possible to restore from a Note 4 to a tablet, or am I doing something wrong?
