Android 4.4.4 Dialer Issue

[AC Question]

I have android 4.4.4 and I haven't figured out the rhyme or reason behind when it happens, but it seems sometimes when someone calls me, suddenly my phone has the no sd card icon in the notification bar until I restart my phone, and the dialer will keep crashing every 2 seconds and then my phone will start ringing again and this just repeats until the person who was calling gets my voice mail.

Only things I can think of that might be a commonality in this problem is I'm using a song on my sd card for the ringtone.

What phone are you using?
Have you cleared cache, or as a last resort, a factory reset?
Just remember to back up everything before doing a factory reset if you decide to go that route.
