I have a galaxy s6. I was texting when all of a sudden my phone opened some randome app and froze.
Then a flashing red warning sign and screaming sound said, i had a virus and to press here.
It took a few seconds to turn off. I did not want to press anything, since I did not know what it was!

    What should i do ?
    Thanks, Sheila

Hi, pay no attention to the pop up, you do have a virus, but don't click on any of its links - that's how they get you!

Turn the phone on and start un-installing apps that you recently downloaded, see if this helps to remove the virus. You can power the phone on in safe mode, which will block all 3rd party apps from running, that way you can see that the phone is working fine, and the virus is caused by a 3rd party app that you downloaded.
