How do i fix my samsung j1 security code if keyboard won't appear on the screen?

The keyboard won't appear on the screen, so I can't unlock my security code. I tried to off my phone then on again. Nothings happen.

Welcome to Android Central! You could try using an OTG adapter and a cheap USB keyboard. That can get you past the password screen. Then install an alternative keyboard like Google Keyboard.
