I have LG-D801 and have lost my alpha keyboard and can't email, can you help?-please help!

Welcome to Android Central! Try installing another keyboard, like Google Keyboard. If you can't access it in the Google Play Store on your phone, then go to the Play Store website on your computer, look for Google Keyboard, click Install, and choose your phone. The keyboard will install pretty soon afterwards. Then on the phone, go to Settings>Language & Input, and select Google Keyboard as your default. Does that work?
