bluetooth connection issues with nexus 4 cell phone to car

AC Question

I upgraded to a Moto G (3) cell phone ... sporadically connected to my bluetooth in my 2015 subaru. Could there be a connection to the phone knocking out my 'voice recognition' system? Phone rep couldn't figure it out (1 hr in my car), auto rep could solve issue. Iphone hooked up no problem. Went back to my Nexus 4 phone ... now it won't connect and it worked fine before. Is there something to reset on phone to solve problem?

Welcome to Android Central! On either phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the settings icon next to the car, and make sure Phone Audio is checked on. Also make sure there aren't any other Bluetooth devices that might be competing for a connection, like Bluetooth headsets.
