Welcome to Android Central! The battery is not user-removable, unless you want to void the warranty and pry the back open. Does anything happen if you press and hold Power for 15-20 seconds? If not, then try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095
Hi, the battery is sealed in so you can't remove it unless you dismantle the phone. Take it back to where you bought it from as it sounds like a defected device. Have you tried other chargers to make sure it's not just the original charger that's broke?
