    Hello.

First sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

When I'm navigating suddenly pops a page "cellphone-tips" saying that I need to download the latest version of Android...I think it's a virus. It happens a lot...

    Can you give more information?
And if it's a virus, how can I remove?

I use a Samsung S4. My browser is Google. I have Avast Anti-Virus...I'm always scanning and says it's clean...Doubt it...

    Please, help me!

Welcome to Android Central! If it only appears when you're browsing, then it's a browser pop-up, and has more to do with what sites you're visiting. Don't ever tap on a link in those popups.

Avoid browsing those sites for now, and see if the popups occur when you're browsing well-established and reliable sites (like NY Times, Yahoo, etc.).
