    I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (Straight Talk) and I am having trouble connecting to my mobile data. What steps do I need to take to get it working?

    It should just be as simple as making sure your mobile data is enabled - if you're still having issues contact your service provider for assistance.

    Try restarting and turning mobile data on and off. If it doesn't work then follow what the tall guy above me said.
