I recently upgraded my Moto G from android 4.4.4 to 5.1.
I use Alarm Clock Plus for my alarms, and Automateit for automatic events.
When I plug my phone in to charge at night, Automateit puts the phone into silent mode. In the morning Alarm Clock Plus wakes me up. I unplug the phone and it returns the sounds profile back to normal.
Now on 5.1 when Automateit puts the phone into silent, the alarm doesn't sound, because I believe it puts it on to 'None' sound profile, which also mutes alarms.
If I manually change this to Priority, the alarm sounds, but I also get some alerts from various thing - i.e facebook posts, emails, texts etc, and they seem to either vibrate or play the notification sound - both of which wakes me up during the night!
How can I get it to work how it used to on 4.4.4, whereby at night, everything was silenced when i plug my phone in to charge, no vibrations, but the alarm wakes me up.
